I am living proof that dreams do come true. Let others tell it I would not have made it through college. Along the way, I have used my failures and the doubts of others as my motivation for greatness. When people said I couldn't do something, I was able to accomplish it. If I could sit down at the table and ask those same people how they feel about me now and know that I accomplished what they said I couldn't, I wonder what they would say?
I am by no means perfect and my close friends and family members know that I have shed many of tears. With my new opportunity as a Fulbright ETA, I will work to not only teach students English, but will work hand in hand to help the community in which I live. I have also decided that when I get back to the states, I will reach back and help students from my Alma Mater obtain these same opportunities. I will encourage students that have been told that they can't, that they can. Your dreams are just that, yours
